Would have gave a 0 if possible. Had appointment and they pulled a car in ahead of us and we were there about 2 half hours. Tech installing Instalock was rude, cursing loudly in front of customers, one me, a woman, about 20 ft from him, was banging things around. Owner had to calmn him down twice. Tech sulled up and walked off twice. Second visit similar experience, truck not running right now, refused to look and see what might be going on with it. Very rude, unprofessional, acted "strange"......will never go there again.
Had a emergency on my jeep and called owner he was out within 15min! Great service good people was back driving next day!!
